The portfolio is the
administrative head of the Union, gives direction under the guidance of the Constitution
and the National Office Bearers
to the National Administrative
Office staff, works closely with the General
Secretary of the Union (if one has been appointed), deals with
correspondence and responses from the Union, as directed by the National
Executive Committee or the National President.
