The portfolio is responsible for
the financial control, administration, accounting and auditing of the Union as
directed in the
Constitution, gives direction to cost containments, expenditure,
monitors incoming funds and subscriptions, gives direction to the
financial control of Branches, is the final word in use of funds,
responsible for reporting to the Department of Labour
as required under the Labour Relations Act and to the
membership Congressionals in terms of the Consititution.
